Welcome to Oscarsfest 2010.
This year we’re trying something a little different.
Ten films nominated for best picture.
Ten gustatory interpretations.
It could take inspiration from a line in the film, something they ate on screen, a or the place where it was set.
Or it could be a little more cerebral.
First up.
Take a punnet of cherry tomatoes.
Take a syringe, which you’ve got from a local chemist, along with a suspicious look.
Also take 50 ml of Vodka which you’ve infused with birds eye chillis, garlic and basil.
Slowly draw up, and inject.
And then you have
Chilli vodka cherry bombs
‘aka’
